  1.    Jeno59 reacted to a post in a topic: Things You Can Never Have Again With Sleeve :(
  2. My doctor didn't give me any "never again" foods. I am about 14 months post op and can eat a few bites of anything, but like the above posters bread is only a bite or two and I'm done with it. I do occasionally drink diet soda, but find I don't crave it like before. I also can't stand the taste of plain water. I use sugar free crush in orange, strawberry or grape flavor. Also sugar free hawaiian punch. Spicy food doesn't bother me at all so it really is what your own stomach will tolerate.
  3. My mother in law had to have about 75% of her stomach removed about 25 years ago due to bleeding ulcers and she is doing fine. I am 14 months post op and I feel great! I can eat more than at first but not NEARLY as much as pre op. For example before surgery: 4 piece Cane's chicken strip dinner, french fries, cole slaw, texas toast, sweet tea ( at least 2 glasses) and dessert. after surgery: 3-4 bites of chicken strip now: 1 chicken strip, 4-5 french fries and maybe a bite of texas toast. I feel normal in my amounts that I eat now.
  4. i love the spicy pork rinds.
  5. My son the bodybuilder told me to build up butt muscle doing lunges and squats. My three yr old grandson said " yep Noni you have to do some wunges wike this" and proceeded to show me how to do them. LOL I guess we need to do some wunges. lol
  6. I love spicy foods and I do take tiny sips if I need to during a meal.
  7. YES!! My tailbone stays very sore. My dr said it's because there are so many nerves in the tailbone and I have no cushion any more.
  8. That's so cool! I had to show mine this weekend and realized I'm 30 lbs under what's on mine! I need a new one too. lol
  9. My top weight was 245, surgery weight was 239 and I originally set a goal of 155 but I've been so pleased at 165 that I've been maintaining there for about 7 months now. I'm 5'7"
  10. Lol. Well if a product is good I don't really care if I get from GNC, Wal mart or a smaller company, and all of these products are amazing.
  11. I don't count carbs at all and never have.
  12. I've just discovered a great tasting shake called Limu Lean. It's 225 cal and 20 grams of protein. For more info you can pm me.

  14. For probably the first 6-8 months I didn't really try bread at all, it just didn't feel right. Now toasted bread is ok but I still can only eat maybe a fourth of a slice. I can do tiny bites of a roll. I can also do a tiny bit of cornbread. It just all fills me up so fast.
  15. LOL i didn't keep it all thankfully, I started in a size 44DDD (tight) bra and now I'm 36DD.
