What is a good wholesome snack. On the 24th i will be two months out. In getting a little tired of cheese sticks.. yogurt.

Does anyone find that the first meal of the day is the most "painful" I'm sitting here eating a scrambled egg, and it hurts going down. As the day goes on i feel like I'm able to tolerate more.

Excellent idea.

My Dr said said it is normal not to go for days. When i first had my surgery, i didn't go for exactly two weeks two the day. If we are not really eating then nothing is going to come out.
