  2. I had my sleeve done on May 27th and wanted to know how many calories should i be getting in or what others are able to get in? I know i need 64oz water and 80 protien
  3. Hi! I am two weeks out and when i went to my post-op visit my doc said that those rolling noises are normal! And i too felt weak, just make sure you get those fluids and protien in !! it could mean you might be getting dehydrated?
  4. Hey All!!! I was sleeved on May 27th and since surgery i have had this sharp pain at the top of my stomach to mid chest Can anyone tell me if they expierenced this or is it just from surgery? Oh yeah i get it when i eat and don't eat, kinda comes and goes it's driving me crazy help!!
  5. Thank You Meggiep And Congrats to youJG407!! I am trying to walk and sip as much as i can also chewing on some gas x. With the gas pain it has been hard to tell if im hungry or full idk for me anyways anybody have that problem with the gas pain? Also maybe a little tmi but the diarrhea just hit me today andbody take imodium ad for it? I agree JG407 i will be so glad when this part is over and focusing on the amazing part of this journey
  6. Well im happy to report that i made it I took a xanax the night before so that helped ha! I was the first surgery of the day so everything happened rather quickley! Doc said everything went perfect no problems yeah! I came home Sat afternoon the only thing that is bothering me is the GAS pain it is the worst any suggestions anyone?i think if it werent for the that then i would be just fine for now i know i am only three days post op!
  7. My surgery is at 7:30 am ahhhhh!!! Im feeling a little bit of everything I have to be at the hospital at 5:30am! i hope i can get some rest tonight? Good luck to the other sleevers i will be praying for you all Will update as soon as i can!!!

  9. Yes we did!!! I cant eat after midnight either! I have to be at the hospital at 5:30am and i am the first surgery of the day at 7:30am Im a little nervous, its like christmas morning! A whole bunch of feelings for me any way!!! Good luck to you i will be praying for you and all the other May 27th sleevers!!!!
  10. I am geting sleeved May 27th too!!! I get three protien shakes a handfull of walnuts with each shake one mid-morn snack like a cup of grapes or apple and a salad at dinner! I have to agree May 27th can't come any sooner? Still a little nervous and scared,but ready!
  11. Hello Everyone!!!! I am new here like others been looking on here before officially joining! I am getting sleeeved May 27th I started my Pre-op liquid diet on May 13th which has not been easy As my date gets closer i am getting more nervous and scared I am 26 years old i have two amazing children my son 7 years old and my daughter 4 years old! I have only had one surgery before and a c-section with my son. After my children my highest weight was 288, now with pre-op diet and all i am at 248 i am 5'7 not sure what im supposed to weigh exactly? Even as a teen the lowest i weighed was around 150. I have been having back issues the last two years, i have degenerative disc disaese and a small tear in my disc, also some heart palps and rapid heartbeats i think pac,pvc? So i hope with this these things improve Has anyone delt with any of these issues pre and post op? Any one elese getting sleeved May 27th? Any support,advice,help will be greatly appreciated
