aNYONE ever try herbalife protein shakes, and do you recommend them, just curious, I am trying to find ways to include protein shakes, to try to get the correct amount any suggestions would be helpful. thanks.

HELP I AM ON MY THIRD WEEK AND STARTED PUREE FOODS FOR A WEEK, NOT SURE HOW MUCH I SHOULD BE EATING, HOW OFTEN, ALSO AND FOOD IDEAS WOULD BE HELPFUL, ANYONE KNOW WHAT YOUR EXPECTED WEIGHT LOSS IS WITH A SLEEVE? HELP, NEED SOME EXPERICED SLEEVERS TO GIVE ME ADVICE.

hello everyone, today is my one week mark and i am down 10lbs, so excited had a rough few days right after due to nausea, but after i left the hospital it has been great. Can anyone help me with suggestion menus, i know six small meals, or does that change, not sure and really could use some help. Thanks

just had my sleeve on monday, i dont think i am getting in my fluids how much is too much at a time? -
i have my surgery date set, july 25 i am waiting for the call to tell me what time to be at the hospital monday morning.

Hey there! My surgery is actually on the 20th, so we'll be 5 days apart! I am getting super nervous... Is Dr. Pop your surgeon or Dr Nunn? When are your pre-op tests? Mine are this upcoming tuesday! There is a tutorial on how to put the ticker up on your page.. but I don't know if i can post it in a comment, so i'll just message it to you!

OK, finally have my surgery date july 25th, so excited!!!! i think my nerves will get the best of me yet..

Hi Alhoagirl! It is really cool finding other people who go thru Barix. I am going with Dr. Pop because I have two friends that used him and loved him and I also he was the one that taught the seminar I went to. I like that he's really straight forward and experienced. I haven't yet started my process yet (11 more days!) so things may change. Have you picked a doctor yet?

Hi Alhoagirl. I chose the sleeve because I didn't believe in the band, and I didn't want the mal-absorption of the rny. The sleeve was perfect for me because I was going to be able to still lead a normal life. I didn't have any complications. I"m almost 3 months out and have lost 60lbs now and am feeling great. All the docs at Barix are great, but I think mine is the best. Dr Poplawski.
