  3. Let's see, I started at 272 and now fluctuate at 183-187. I had my lap and since 2/8/12, since then I had plateau a few times and gained. My doctor is really great. Just keep at it and you should be great. Just remember that the weight didn't go on overnight and it won't leave overnight.

    Fitbit or jawbone?

    I am a techie. I love the Fitbit one. I've used and bought them all. I love my watches and bracelets but when I'm not wearing it I use the Nike Fuelband and the fitbit just to compare the accuracy. Besides that the fitbit one is always with me. In another week or so I'm gonna see how the dongle for the flex or force compares.
