  1. Ended up getting admitted after my op due to a minor complication. Asked my Dr. as she was in the room covering the reasons why I had to be admitted if I could have coffee. She dialed the request line herself and ordered it for me so there was no problem.
  2. Hey gang - Thanks to my wife for finding the group for me. 47 year old male who's lost the same 20-30 pounds over the past 20 years or so. Finally took the next step and went to a seminar locally and decided it was time to doing something a little more drastic. Originally was slated to have a Roux-en-Y on the 19th but after much thought, angst, gnashing of teeth and such... I changed to a band. Wish me luck! I'm going to start perusing the group and see what's out there! Jim
