If you want to start a thread of your own up above where it says "Navigation" click on Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy Forum which should bring you here: http://verticalsleevetalk.com/ from there find the subject matter your interested in (highlited in blue) and within that topic pick a subtopic where you identify to post for instance: If you click on the first Topic "Tell Your Story" you will be looking at a list of Threads people started to...tell their story of course! But right above all of that is a yellow button as you see it is there you click and then you arrive at a place where you can originate your own thread. Hope that helps.
