  1. So this is my first time posting and I have read alot but just wanted to know if this is normal! I had lapband on 02/03/2011 and I have lost about 37pds. I've had 1 fill already at the end of March. I am CONSTANTLY hungry! I drink no less than 100oz of water a day I work out 3 times a week with a trainer and 2 times a week doing strictly cardio(hardcore). I've gone from a 18-20size to a 12-14size so I know the last few months I've done well, I just terrified that with being hungry all the time that I'm gonna binge ,stretch my pouch and gain it all back. I thought the band was suppose to help you between meals and stay fuller longer but I am not experiencing that. I eat ALOT of protien and protein shakes as well. Anyone else struggling with this. Any suggestions?
