  1. A real tattoo or like a temporary one?? I dunno if I could handle a number on my hand. But it is your life and your body. I watch biggest loser all the time and Jay would take a permaent marker and put his goal on his arm. I like that idea. It would be a constant reminder of what you want and where you came from.

    I went to the Denver Lights at the Zoo the beginning of this year and it wore me out, so I can imagine seeing the zoo now. As for the planning of meals, I have never been a planner so I am no help there.

  2. I totally understand. I have always been a person that loves pop. There were times when I would drink anywhere from a 12 pack to a 24 pack a day of my favorite Dr. Pepper. When I went and met with my dietician she told me that I needed to stop drinking pop and start drinking water. She kept telling me to try to get 64 oz a day as I would need it after surgery. Well I have started and it is one of the hardest things that I have ever done. But am glad, I do feel a lot better as you say that you do. It is a battle to drink this much water, but as I am changing my life with food, I might as well add water in there too. :rolleyes: Who would of thought that water would do the trick to put a pep in our step.
