    Help please :/

Hi, what you describe sounds like fullness. That is the feeling I get if I eat too much. The horrible thanksgiving I ate too much feeling, but higher up in the middle of the chest. Take smaller sips and bites. If you over exert your body it may also be soreness.
  2. Getting ready for my trip to my hometown. I am so excited!

  3. Very excited about my weight loss journey, I am considering joining the gym. Whomever advised me to try Zumba-Ouch!

  4. Yes, it is tough but you are so right, the weight would still be here (pointing to belly).

  5. That's how I feel. I've been banded 2 months already and only down 16 lbs. Kinda bummed out about it but I know I would've never been able to lose that on my own.

  6. I am tired,and hungry.

  7. I had surgery February 18,2011. I am 30yrs. I have lost 38lbs. so far. I had my 2nd adjustment today. I am still very nervous about this new journey. I can't believe I have actually lost weight. Today I weigh 333 lbs. I feel very doubtful about my wight loss but at the same time very, very hopeful.

    Introduction

Hi, Don't be discouraged. When I had by banding I felt a little emotional too. Be careful with physical exercise at first. My main goal after surgery was to heal first. The issue with not feeling hungry at first went away as I started to heal and the swelling went down. soon my appetite returned. Listen to your body. Most of what you describe is similar to what I experienced and felt. Bruises will go away in a few days, if you typically heal well. Best Wishes.
