  1. If you are trying cold water, switch to tepid water. Cold water is really hard at the beginning. Warm items like broths and teas go down much better also. You have to keep hydrated above all else. Forget about protein for a few days and just focus on fluids. You can go without protein a little while but you can't go without fluids or you'll end up in the hospital.


  2. Sorry, a bit of a side bar, but how do you put the 'ticker' on your profile?

    There are a couple of entries somewhere on this site on how to do it. I went to Http://www.tickerfactory.com/weight-loss to create my entry and account. After that was done, it gives you a URL to copy. That is applied as a link to your signature in your profile. You can add other items in and around the ticker. There are some step-by-step processes here somewhere though.
