  1. Hello everyone! I am so glad I found this thread. I was banded on 4/12. Not much pain, except for one of the incisions and the gas. Since my pre-op appt (3/29), I have lost 21 pounds. I am starting the mushies, and am a little afraid. At least with the liquids, I knew exactly what i could have. I got so sick of the shakes that I couldn't drink them, but I knew. Now I am afraid that once I start eating, I'll revert to old habits. I get full from very little, but I am hungry again soon. Any advice?
