I am down 7 lb.. That totals 14-i am eating Adkins Protein bars, does anyone have any recommendations on any alternative bars or shakes?

I am 1 month post op and yesterday I had my first fill. I have been starving all month. 3 weeks post op I started to feel major hunger. Now I am pretty much hungry all the time. First fill, and I am still pretty much hungry all the time
