    Things I dont Want to Know

    i have had a piece of toast but it scared me the whole time. It wasnt that enjoyable. I am finding Im not enjoying food as much. I dont want to cheat the band. I want to be successful.

    I have had that what have I done moments too. When you start to loose you will be glad you did this.
  4. I dont know if it is still normal or not. But ever since surgery I am very aware of my liver or in the region where my liver is. Here is where the TMI might come in for some. Dont know if i should call doctor or what. Mostly during active moments. Like sex for example. It is very uncomfortable there (where my liver is). First of all I have to put pressure on that area even to function. I dont know if it is just bruised or should I be worried.

    Liver Discomfort

    My doctor didnt say anything about sex but my nurse practitioner did laugh and said I should take the top position. lol But I think she was just kidding. Im going to call tomorrow to see if its normal.
  6. Went to a mexican restaurant after church. Lets just say it was unenjoyable. A taco salad with hardly any meat. Total bummer. But I was in control.

    Kutting Weight and Sweet Sweat

    Decided to get off my a$$ and jumped on treadmill. I decided why not try this new product I bought. It is a sweat suit from Kuting Weight. Am I crazy. YES. It was already 90+ degrees here and my treadmill is in the sun room. Also put on the lotion that is supposed to help you sweat in those places that never sweat. For me it would be arms and thighs. I looked like a bratwurst with the skin wrapped too tight. But I was determined. I only did it for twenty minutes as I was sweating like a pig a a pig roast. But goal accomplished I sweat-ed my butt off. Going to garden now to hoe

    It does and will get better. I took an over the counter sleeping pill so I could sleep.

  11. Going to get on my Kutting Weight Sweat Suit on while applying Sweet Sweat lotion. Going to see if this stuff works. If nothing maybe it will get my metabolism moving. Treadmill here I come.

    Week Recap May 28-June 3

    Weekly Averages Average Daily Calores 730 Fat 33.1g Fat cal291 fat 40% Saturated 7.4g fat Cal 66 fat 9% Carbohydrate 66.5g 266 calories 37% Protein 41.4g 165 Calories 23% No big losses this week. I know its probably because the majority of food has been bad carbohydrates: mashed potatoes, puddings and such. Today I got more protein today in. I decided to move onto soft foods not just mushy pureed food and seemed much more satisfied. Today I ate a half cup of almonds that I chewed forever for breakfast, tuna with a little of mayo over some fresh lettuce picked from my garden. Then at dinner I made some crappie fried and ate three brocolli florets with a little cheese. Todays calories though only added up to 883. I had astrange episode this afternoon though. While in my garden I was bending over and my vision went strange and I got dizzy. Had to sit but it wouldnt go away. So I laid down for an hour. Dont know what that is about. Tomorrow Im going to do light aerobics and just move. Need to get this thing on a roll

    Day 3

    I discovered also that i love food. i love cooking. I love everything about it. I even record some shows on the food channel. When I can eat more regular stuff i will make sure my meals are worthy of eating. The liquid diet suks royally

    Bad Food Choices

    I am 3 weeks post op and I am told by my dietitian not to diet yet but stay on mushy/ pureed foods. In doing that I am gravitating to not so good food choices like pudding, mashed potatoes and cereals. I'm afraid my mindset wont change. I am not satisfied and feel like eating and am eating more than just those three meals. Not sure what I should do. I haven't gained but hasn't moved either. Just getting over TOM's visit so I'm not sure if that has part to do with it cause it started around the time I got the curse Wondering what others do during this stage? My first fill is scheduled June 15th.

    No more fat clothes !

    When i went on HCG and lost a bunch of weight I gave away 12 lawn size trash bags full of clothes. Im with you on not buying any until I lose at least 30 pounds

    116 Pounds to Go

    Three weeks since being banded. I have two more weeks on mushy food and Im finding myself gravitating to bad foods. Seems the only thing mushy I want is carbs like pudding, cereals and mashed potatoes. My dietitian doesn't want me to diet but I am worried I am not changing my mind set. A little frustrated.
