Nectar Protein Drinks
I am a fan of the Chocolate Truffle and Cappucino - after trying all the samples, they are my favorites. I cannot stand the smell of the all the fruity ones. Definitely order the sample pack:)

Today Sucked!
Wannalise - Take a deep breath and look at your overall progress - it is UNBELIEVABLE!!! I totally know what you are talking about because I have been a bit out of control myself with carbs lately, and have been doing that negative self talk in my head. I really have to remind myself that THIS TIME I am not going to fail and neither are you my friend! Work on forgiving yourself......you are getting back on track and will be back in your routine shortly. I hope tomorrow is a brighter day for you:) VV2010:thumbup1:
