  1. Hi everyone. My name is Jae and I'm awaiting answers from my insurance company (Group Health). So far so good, but we'll see how it goes once I meet with my doctor in a couple of weeks. I like many of you, can take the weight off, but pile it on again and then some. I'm tired of the yo-yos. My health is turning for the worse due to my weight and I want to enjoy life with my husband and our daughter. I need to lose 50% of my weight to finally have a "healthy" BMI. It's going to be a long road ahead, but I'm certain I can do it this time. I have the drive and support I need. Now just to work on the "tools" to reach my goal! Not sure what else to say for now....but I'll be here
  2. I'm curious as well. I have an appointment with my GH doctor on the 14th for my referral. I've heard that it could take upwards of two years to get the procedure done though. I'm hoping that is NOT the case. So hopefully I'll have some more answers in a couple weeks, but until then.....I worry!!
