I'm in the same boat. Was banded July 2010 and I'm in the process of revising to sleeve. I have motility issues-food is sitting in my esophagus instead of going through. So frustrated with the band-I wish I had known at the start that I was going to have issues with balancing fill levels and searching for the sweet spot. I've done everything now and am waiting for it all to be submitted to insurance.

So I'm 5 days into my 2 week liquid diet and I'm actually doing great! I haven't wanted to stab anyone and my hunger and headaches are minimal. Hoping this is a good sign that my recovery will go smooth as well...

on my way to mississippi for my dads bday..last time i was here i had no restriction and it was thanksgiving and i did good..this time i'm at good restriction:-)

i'm learning to live with my fickle band, especially if i'm down11 pounds since my fill 5 weeks ago!!!!

one more day till my fill...so i've gained like 1-2 pounds since i started eating food other than liquids...i'm not that upset since it took 3 weeks to do that!

i hit onederland and didnt even realize it! 196!!!!yeah baby!!! now if i cold just eat! lol.me and my band are at odds right now!

CT Mommy22....i'm sorry that's one question I cant answer. I am self pay so I dont have to do the psych eval. I was all ready to spill my guts about my weight issues and how it's affected my life only to find out I didnt have to! LOL! I hope someone can answer that question for you. sorry.

OK got my 2nd fill and i finally have some restriction.. i lost 5 pounds since my first fill last friday, but was hungry all the time. Looking forward to really working my band now!!!! yeah me!!

so after 4 hours in urget care i was diagnosed with gastritis...prescribed pepcid...thank God my band is ok, although the ER doc thinks i t may be too tight, causing the acid build up...hmmmm not so sure about that one.

still going back and forth in my mind about my fill tomorrow..oh who am i kidding i'm getting it and am just mentally preparing myself that i'm about to be tight..i need this!

hmmm weather got hot..band got tight! oh well i'll enjoy it while i can maybe finally break onederland and stay there! lol

started my supreme 90 home workout and it aint no punk..praying this takes me to my last goal size of 10!!!!

so havent been on the scale in like 3 days..got the nerve to get on it this morning and SURPRIZE i'm back in onederland! 198!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LET ME STAY IN ONEDERLAND!!!
