  1. I had my surgery on a Wed. and was back to work on Mon. I wait tables and bar tend in a busy restaurant and I had no problems.
  2. Don't be too nervous. I had my surgery a couple of years ago and it's the best thing I've ever done for myself. The 1st couple of weeks post surgery arn't a lot of fun, but when you start wearing clothes that are 2 to 5 sizes smaller, it's all worth it. I was a 3X and wearing size W24, and now I'm a regular 14. Spend as much time walking or go to the gym as soon as you can, it's a great stress reliever and calorie burner. The weight will melt off and you'll feel great!
  3. Even when the scale says I'm not losing weight, I am usually losing inches. If you go to the gym and work out, you might be converting fat to muscle, which is heavier than fat. I've only lost a couple of pounds in the last month or so, but a whole size in clothes. Keep up the exercise and watch your carbs and good things will happen.
