I felt the same way when I was first sleeved, I was freaked out because I thought "Oh great I got this surgery and dont feel anything how people describe" Mushies you will feel some (at least thats how it was for me) but when you have chicken, beef, etc. you will take a couple bites and be done.

  21. I've been having really bad constipation lately, I have only been going once a week! I just started taking Colace daily and hopefully that will help me out.
  22. Wow I have been feeling the same way lately. It's still hard for me a lot to get in the ammount of liquids that I should be. I think what I mostly get is head hunger, I have not had the hunger feeling like I had pre-op, but if I go along time without eating I feel like I need to eat and want to. Im also curious to hear how much others are eating, and how often, some days I can eat more.
  23. Ugh well the past few weeks my weight has gone up and down the same 4-5 pounds, so frustrating! Weighed today and I am down 1 pound since my last check in, my TOM is due anyday now so hopefully when that is over I will be down some. Current: 232 Goal of Challenge: 220
