  1. Both have good reputations. I used Dr. Hollis and I love him. He and his staff are so supportive and encouraging. Do what they say and you will do great !
  2. 50 and in Houston Banded Dec 2009- it is struggle with hormones and mood swings. I am doing it slowly and don't mind that. I have the best support system with my surgeon and his staff. No regrets. Good Luck.
  3. It gets better. Try jazzing up your food..Get creative with what you can eat !! I buy muscle milk vanilla and add sugar free coffee syrups to it- raspberry, hazelnut etc. you can also add it to the cream of wheat. Don't be so consumed with what you can't eat... stay postivie and good luck. You will not regret your decision. I am a year out and when I look back- I have no regrets. It gets easier.
