I CAN!!

I am 28 and ready to start living. I finally admitted that I need help to lose and keep off my extra weight. I started thinking I would get the band, but in doing some research I feel the sleeve will be a much better option for me. I am very excited to start my journey, but also nervous about failing like I have with so many other weight loss methods. What made me want to do this now is I am tired of there being a question of weither or not I can do something. So that is how I chose my sign name I CAN!!! I also want to have kids someday and worry not only about health but fertility. I don't yet have any co-morbidities, but do suffer from chronic fatigue and mild depression. I live in the very rural UP of Michigan, and love to garden/landscape, walk outside, play with my 4 dogs, kayak, canoe, hunt, shoot my bow, and read. I also think I would like to run. I have been overweight all of my life so I don't know what it will be like to be thin, but know it has to be better.
