Thank you for your kind words. Yes, it is very sad and I need to cope differently other than reaching for comfort foods. Or at least try and reach for a glass of ice cold water! I will try, I promise my self and every wls person out there. We go through so much to get to this surgery and not fair to fail!!!

I am with everybody here, you are still healing, so there will be little discomfort and pain. I however am different, I was happy with my surgery and I just had my 1yr anniversary and hit major depression.. you just can't imagine how sad I am. I call off of work alot lately, i just don't want to go out and deal with life..... but tomorrow i have an appt with my dr to help me with this depression. I hate to feel so sad, if you are that sad like I am.. please see someone, because it does hurt
