officially lost 50 lbs since starting this journey =D

set a goal to walk at least 7000 steps every day this week.. and I've done it so far!!! Brighter and better futures are coming our way everyone =D

tomorrow i'm volunteering for the Zoo Run I do every year... my goal is to walk/run it next year!!!!!

everything is becoming so real =) two weeks from friday and I will be banded!!!

18 days until surgery =)

One month from today I will be banded!=D very very excited =D

finally got my surgery date!!October 7th!!!! I'm so very excited =D

my last required support group is on august 8th.. so excited to be making progress =D

had my 6th meeting today so that means one more support group and they will send my info to the insurance to be approved =) one step closer.. one day at a time =D

tomorrow is my 5th meeting for being in the weight loss program... the surgery is getting closer which makes me very excited =)

did the crazylegs walk today!!!

had a fortune today say, " you will make change for the better"... i feel like they nailed it =)
