Surgery is TOMORROW! !!!!...
My nerves are running wild. I've went grocery shopping..stocked up on all my protein, water, meds etc...I guess I'm READY..PLEASE PRAY FOR ME YALL!!! -
I'm finally down 100 lbs from my all time high. Also, I bought my first 14/16 top. I've never been a 14/16 ever. I've been fat my entire adult life.

Just checked into the hospital....waiting for them to call me back...I'm so nervous and excited at the same time...

I was watching a program on wls last night on the TLC channel it was like my 600lb life , it was called my weight is killing me , they showed some of the diffrent surgeries.

I saw that show too Debbie3sons and oh my I feel so bad for those people, I guess my Heart is too big, at least that is what I am told all the time but I know none of us ever want to be fat but it is so hard to lose it, I keep going back and forth about whether to have the surgery or not and whether to have the band or the sleeve and then I see a show like that and it really makes me think. I hope everyone gets what they want out of their surgery and I just wish you all the very Best of Luck before and after.

4:00AM up and getting dressed to be at the hospital by 5:30 for a 7:30 Surgery!! Today is it, the start of my new journey!!

Good morning!!! 2 weeks post op and I am feeling great!! This morning I drank my protein, walked 3 miles then ate an egg for breakfast all before 9am...loving my new routine and way of life <3

Ok, so not only have I quit eating on June 27th but I have also quit smoking!!! It has been 13 days since my last cigarette and I have found today to be the most difficult as I am finding myself wanting to munch!! I am trying gum to keep my mouth busy and am about to take a walk...I refuse to eat or smoke, I CAN DO THIS!!!!
