went on my trip home for holidays. everyone was SHOCKED at how good i looked 117lbs lighter!! i gained .3, but lost 2 lbs in 2 days after getting home. so, all in all i did good. hope you all had a good holiday!!

going to see my family in a week in another state for thanksgiving. non of them know about my surgery and the last time they saw me i was 280lbs. i am nervous and excited of how they are going to react to my 160lb body! wish me luck!

Weighed this a.m. and I am 3lbs from goal! In less than 6 months, how unbelievable! I love my sleeve!!!!

108lbs down and rewarded myself with Invisalign. I wore retainers when I was young and didn't finish treatment, so my teeth relapsed. I am so excited to have straight teeth again! AND, my dentist did it for 1/2 price!

the scale read 179 this a.m. i stepped back on 4 times just to make sure it wasn't broke!! LOL

going to my 12 week group meeting at Kaiser today. i am actually 14 1/2 weeks out. Don't know what it is about, but wish me luck!

lost 4lbs last week and this week?? .6 i guess my body is rebelling after the big loss last week??
oh well, a loss is a loss!! it is going in the right direction i suppose!! i did everything right so, i can't complain!!
