I'm about 4 months into my lap band and I've been away for the past 5 days in a tropical paradise for the last 5 days and I've done nothin but eat crap food and drink cocktails does anyone have any tips on how to get back onto my diet when I get home cause now I'm worried I'll just go back to my old habits, the band has helped with over eating but nothin can stop the stupid decisions I've been makin
  2. Yeh thanks I guess I will keep doin what I'm doin I'm also at the gym 3 days a week which would help, oh and yes I splurge probably once a week now and it hasn't affected much so it's become a very sustainable diet which is what I was after
  3. How many calories a day is every one eating? I've been eating between 600 to 900 a day but from what I'm reading that's not enough but my weight loss is doin ok i have lost about 25 kgs (55 lbs). I had surgery on 14/02/11. Oh and I had my 1st fill 2 weeks ago and it's helped a lot
