I am hanging in there. I feel like I am doing pretty good, but maybe could do a little better IDK. I am not completely cutting out carbs like everybody else (so it seems). I like to mix my meat and veggie with a little mashed potato, seems to go down easier that way and I still drink some regular juice also. The rest of my drinks are SF though. I was only on liquids for one ...
