Hello. I know what you mean by full of emotions. Even now when I have made my decision, I still ask myself am I making the right one. I always come back with a YES!!!! It's for the best. I can't do this on my own. From what I've read on this site the sleeve is a great tool. I think you will be very happy about your decision. Good luck.

I can't give you any advice because I have'nt had my surgery yet, but keep up the excellent work. I feel you are in the zone.

To prepare myself for the wait I've been watching a lot of YouTube videos about the sleeve and being on this site helps me stay FOCUS. Some of the videos are so emotional and awe inspiring and the music.....makes me want to cry. I think if they can do it so can I. Right now I've going to WW meetings because my mindset is clear about losing weight and that also helps me stay focus. Good luck on your approval.

Awesome job. You sound so excited and determine to get a size 18 by August and you can do it, if you put your mind to it. Especially now that your surgeon has given you the go ahead on working out. Keep us posted.
