I am a 33 year old divorced mom of two. I started to put on weight when my ex husband got sick with late onset mental illness. I was 319 lbs on my 30th birthday... the day I decided things needed to change.

I was 274 at my preop weigh in after two years of trying to get the weight off myself. I work out, I eat healthy, I just never could get a handle on the amount of food I was eating, so I threw in the towel and got some help with the lap band!
