  1. OK, I am almost 2 years post op and I have only lost about 35 lbs. Now this is good BUT I still need to loose about 40-50 more. I have recently been told that my espohagus has stretched and so I got a little fluid removed. I go back in 3 months to see if it has gotten any better or not. I have learned how to snack again and am not making the good choices that I once did. Does anyone have advice to help me get back on track?? I have even thought of going back to Weight Watchers again and I really do not want to. As many of you I have been there too many times!
