  1. I know that we have the same doctor, I'm going through the same thing. I have my second fill this Wednesday, I can't wait because I was so hungry today.I have been stuck at the same weight since March 15 (22lbs lost), I am hoping this second fill helps me to break this plateau. I also feel that I'm not being given enough instructions.
  2. It's been two weeks since surgery and I've already reached a plateau. Any suggestions on how I can break it?????
  3. Thanks for all of the info. I chopped up chicken and added low fat mayo and made chicken salad the other night. It was really good.
  4. I was banded on 2/4/11 and I'm in the mushy food stage. I've been able to handle any new food really well. I'm looking for high Protein choices to add to the riccotta cheese that I started eating today. I'm really hungry this week, and I think that I may not be eating enough protein. I'd appreciate any suggestions. I'm also wondering how often I should be eating during the day. I'm finding that I get hungry every 2 hours, and I eat about 2 oz of food, or drink 2 oz of a Protein shake. Thanks.
  5. Dr. Feiz is also my doctor, and I've had a different experience with him. I met him in June 2010 at his informational meeting. I loved everything he had to say and loved his straight forward approach. I just had my surgery on 2/4/11 at Cedars Sinai Medical center, he and Dr. Misrah did my surgery and both of them came to my bedside before I had the surgery and talked with me for about 10 minutes. They both were so supportive. I had my pre-op appointment last Friday (2/11/11) and I did not see him, I saw another Dr. in the office. I saw him as I was leaving, he asked me how I was doing and talked with me and my husband for awhile because I was having shoulder pain and I have been drinking too fast. I like him, and I think that he may not have been getting any of your messages.
