    Hello all. I'm new to this and at this point not sure what I'm doing here but I have a question. My surgery is scheduled Feb. 4 2011 and I am looking forward to it. I have been on the pre-op liquid diet for a week now and have lost 17 pounds on that. My question is can or could you eat instant mashed potatoes on the pre-op diet?
