  1. Congratulations, I assume you are home? I spent the night and was glad I did......when I was cleared to drink I dranks TONS of Water and was in and out of the bathroom all night and my br is upstairs and bath down. Lots of walking helped me heal quick....I walked the halls in the hopital 45mins the evening of my surgery. Get lots of rest as well and take care!
  2. You should only have bloating if you consume lots of salt or retain extra fluid for some strange reason. Do you workout at all? I could eat "perfectly" before my band but only got real results with the workouts included.
  3. Welcome, and good luck with your surgery. Where are you from that you need to go to get surgery in Belgium? My dr is just five miles away from my house, very handy as the first year after having mine put in, I saw him quite a bit!
