  1. My insurance does cover the lap band. I have United Healthcare Choice Plus. How do I find someone in my network?
  2. I want to have the lap band done and have mentioned it to my doctor and he thinks that it is a good idea. Now what is the next step to me possibly getting it through my insurance? Do I contact a surgeon in my area who will do it or will my doctor do that? I'm confused How did you you guys get started?
