  1. Hi Everyone!! I am in need of some serious advise, I am a 21 year old female that has been struggling with my weight all my life and I have tried many diets and many extreme measures like boot camp style fitness which has helped me I loose 20 pounds last year and I have been able to keep it off however I have been in a plateau for the past 6 months or so and just cannot loose anymore, I am considering getting the lap band surgery since I do have another 70 pounds to go however I am wondering if this would be a wise decision since it is a lifetime "procedure" although you can reverse it, it is ment to stay in place. My question to you guys is what made you finally decide to do it? And how does it feel like, I mean after the procedure do you feel different? Thanks for any advice!
