Well if u figure out how to make it fun let me know! I've never been a gym person. I'm more the energy efficient type (A.K.A. lazy, lol). I did go when I had a trial membership a few months ago, and it was nice to go at a lower weight and be able to "blend in"!

i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE BAND TO MY WORST ENEMY! Since you are self-pay, you need to keep in mind that you may end up like me.........out $15,000 with a band that doesn't work. I will now have to pay to have this POS removed, hopefully before it does any damage!

I have had 17 fills and NEVER reached restriction. Most Drs. and band mills will not tell you BEFORE they put the band in that this is very common! :-(

Hope u have better luck than me! After over 2 yrs. I am still in bandster HELL!!! I have had 17 fills in less than 26 months and NEVER got restriction! My band has been a complete waste of time and money!!! :-(
