I feel much better even though I hate jello but must look at whats to come.
I hope this is normal and I hope that I can make this next two weeks.

I am so scared to drink to much and cause a problem there are so many diets like should I have protein supplemnts or not :help: some day I hope all will pass and I will be back on normal but healthy food
