Was banded on 12/28/06 at Harper in Detroit by Dr Wood. Felling ok body wise but trying to get ajustedd mently about the rest of my life that is not going so well. My Dr. or his staff has been difficult to get hold of for questions. Well hope you are doing well and thanx for responding Bob

I feel much better even though I hate jello but must look at whats to come. I hope this is normal and I hope that I can make this next two weeks.

I am so scared to drink to much and cause a problem there are so many diets like should I have protein supplemnts or not :help: some day I hope all will pass and I will be back on normal but healthy food
