Thanks for the reply Rosey. I thought that is what it meant. When it comes on me, I stop eating and start walking and so far I have only thrown once from over eating. That fish tasted so good I could not stop myself. And then another time is when my fill was too much and had to have some taken out. Thanks for your reply. Judy 56lbs down on weigh in day, Friday.
