Out of surgery sitting in my hospital room. Everything went great except waking up had a hard go of it. Thanks for everyones thoughts. In some pain but great other wise..

Woot was able to go for 5 laps instead of 4 today at the track! too bad starting tuesday after surgery i will start having to baby step it again.

Not feeling good today. I pray I get to feeling better before my surgery on Tuesday. Still going to try and get in a walk this morning as soon as the stomach settles.

So I am kinda nervous about to call my dad and let him in on the lap band secret.. I don't know why I am so nervous he really has not much to do in my life but it is making me nervous all the same..

So I have the sweetest husband I told him about my being mad at the groupon add and he made me a hamburger patty with grilled onions made out of ground sirloin for my choose of protein meal tonight of course no buns or cheese or all that yummy stuff but it was gooooooooooood!

So ready to get off work and get home to my warm bed. My cough is coming back feeling really congested again and only 9 days till my surgery. I have got to feel better!

Okay I cried got it out of my system. Drank a protein shake. Wasn't bad today guess I am so hungry that I enjoyed it. Day three preop! Off to work. Hope all my fellow preop dieters are doing well!

Okay so I survived my first day pre op diet however I do like the taste of the items but by this morning I am so sick at my stomach I don't think I like the idea of only sweet tasting stuff and one meal going on my stomach. Going to have to figure this out today. Can't work all night nauseated again. Plus I am still suspose to have one more of my meal replacements and I just can't do it. Hungry and sour stomach does not make a happy nurse!
