I need someone too workout with or just talk to about post surgery mishaps not eating correctly over eating still workout partner if possible at least the weekend or something in the Charlotte NC area or Blackburg, Christiansburg, Radford VA area during the week.........Much needed support is needed Help anyone I really need to loose this weight to become healthier and keep my career!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes the gas is normal and Im 3 days post op and im lucky that I was able to have a bowel moment this am but i do still burp and have gas a lot. But the walking seems to help when i do get the gas pain.

Ughhhhhhhhh today is a good day I was banded on the 30th and i feel a lot better then I did yesterday! Yes im soooo ready for something other than this clear liquids broth, water, jell o but i guess i got enough in my will power to do a couple more weeks. Any suggestions for a good tasting liquid let me know send a signal or email or something lol.........
