  1. tuna two days post op seems weird..maybe you are getting the feeling of being stuck.. I was on liquids for one week post op but every doc is different...good luck
  2. i agree..I wish I had done it sooner... there are days I hate my band but I come back to my senses and realize I want to avoid emotions by eating,,,I think therapy has been so important,,,because I dont eat because I am hungry..I eat because I am sad, mad , lonely, happy...you name it
  3. 36 pounds since Feb is AWESOME !!! I have lost 54 since Dec 10 and am beside myself with joy...imagine if you didnt have the band....I know I would have gained at least 20 instead of losing....I wish you the best
  4. That is so awesome...I keep finding things in my closet that I have never been able to wear !! Anything that gets too big gets donated..I am not going back this time...currently a very comfortable 14 ,,,,SO HAPPY

  6. flying does affect my band...i get extremely tight and cannot eat until mid day...I always know where the restroom is and try to stick with soups if a business function...I retain alot of fluid and it takes a few days when getting home to be back to normal..I fly at least once a week so this has been a challenge
  7. i can eat anything..as long as it is 4 pm..my band and I dont like mornings no matter what I eat before 2 -4 pm...it comes back up
