    Well it won't be long before I have my lap band surgery, Dec 23rd. I am nervous but so very excited. I just joined this website so I really look forward to the support I heard it gives to new lap-banders. I am looking forward to the weight loss and possible insulin free body I will have. It was time for me to do something for myself that will help me in my goal to get healthy once again. I can use any support and suggestions you may give so please feel free!
