  1. I am so glad you asked this question. I just posted a question about the difference between restriction and restriction. I found out that I wasn't getting restriction and I thought getting stuck was restriction!!! yuck, I thought, this stinks. Actually not understanding the difference kept me from getting fills. But I was gaining so they gave me two more fills-6 weeks apart- and the last time I finally felt restriction!! So, it will happen and getting stuck is not comfortable but it is nothing to fear, Especially since you seem to be really on the ball with tracking your food ect. Nothing is going to stop you!
  2. Thanks, when my dr. asked if I had restriction I was mixing it up with getting stuck. I know that feeling. What I didn't know was the feeling of restriction. Thanks for showing me the difference
