I've officially lost 25# since 12/2/10 surgery....yaaaaaah....I actually wore jeans 2 sizes smaller. I still look the same though....waiting for the swelling to go down.....

I played "home alone" ... baked a pumpkin pie for Leo.... haven't heard from him...hope he's ok.. Merry Christmas to everyone....Time to get ready to bring in the new year...any suggestions?

I was banded 12/2/10. Now on day 5 and started pureed foods..How much in oz per meal...One cup pureed cream of wheat mixed with skim milk= 12oz puree mix. I can't find any information referencing how many oz per meal. Someone please respond....I've checked every entry so far about post lapband, but nothing referencing how much to eat /pureed.....not even a recipe. thanks Rainbow Flowers by Gaspare Caramello.bmp -
I used to pro rodeo, then pro bowl. After numerous injuries and dx of Fibro, I started gaining weight and nothing I did could control the gain. I have a family hx of obesity as well among other comorbidities. Lap Band is my last hope for weight loss. I've always been physically active and the added weight controlled me. I feel a new freedom now and am looking forward to regaining my life.
