    I was banded 12/2/10. Now on day 5 and started pureed foods..How much in oz per meal...One cup pureed cream of wheat mixed with skim milk= 12oz puree mix. I can't find any information referencing how many oz per meal. Someone please respond....I've checked every entry so far about post lapband, but nothing referencing how much to eat /pureed.....not even a recipe. thanks Rainbow Flowers by Gaspare Caramello.bmp
