Just updating, haven't been on in a LONG time & need to get back to it. I have had my band just over a year now. My pre op highest weight was 262, I am now just brushing the edge of 200 and almost in the 100's. I have had my highs and lows with the band but in general I am happy with it. I have been working out and stuck at one weight for some time. Looking at breaking that 200 mark and getting on with it.
