  1. Hello I had the Lap Band procedure 5 years ago. It is the best thing i have ever done. went from 103 k's to 78k's. Over time I have had a recurring stomach upset that leaves me very lethargic and fatigued. This time the attacks seem to be recurring more often. I thought I was allergic to milk and dairy, went off that and it seemed to work however a week later it is back and i have not had dairy. As soon as the pain in my stomach leaves my energy is back, but this week i can crash after every time I eat. has anyone any clues as to what I could be doing that is not agreeing with me. I am usually a very active person and cannot handle being debilitated like this. Margaret
