Have a great time!! Just imagine how much better this vacation will be without the extra weigh. I know my first plane ride after my surgery was exciting as I was so much more comfortable in the seat and had to tighten my seatbelt even more. Flaunt that new body. You have worked for it.

I too am 7 months out and had Christmas with my family last night. It was fabulous to be the smallest woman in the family instead of the largest! This truely is a great Christmas that each of us have given ourselves, our bodies.

Thnk you! Don't worry about not losing. Stalls are common and a necessary way for the body to balance things. I have been through MANY of them lol! I know it is not easy to look at them in a positive way, but that's all we can do.
I do exercise. I am getting ready for a party, so I have been going everyday. Funny enough I only lost 2 lbs but my clothes are falling off of me!!
Keep a positive mind, stay hydrated, keep your protein high and everything else low, stay away from the scale( easier said than done) and be patient:)
