Hi, My name is Gwen I had my surgery Dec, 2006 I only lose a 20lbs. I had many problems with my band my port flip twice. Once Dr. Chu got me started on the right track with my port and all. I began losing pounds. I hated exercising so I lost slowly. I made up my mind to start to work with my band and another brick hit me. I became pregnant. I had got down to 201 and I was excited because I was hitting the under 200 mark.  But I was wondering why I was extremely tired I felt I could not accomplished any thing. I went to my Dr. and I was told I was pregnant I was very surprised because I was done with babys and I was over 40 years old. I had to get my band deflated until I had my baby so accepted and  I prayed about it  and  I asked God for a healthy baby girl.  So he blessed me with her. I had her at 33 1/2 weeks right now she is so happy and healthy. Now  I am working on me I went got my 2nd filled in June and I only lose 2lbs  I think? I have not been exercising due to some health issue now I am ready to start to exercise. I need the boost and motivation to get me to start and do it on a routine base. I pray to ask God for that boost and I know he will boost me. I am trying to get my degree from college. I just finish the summer session and passed. It was alot for me due to my health and children be out for the summer. I looking forward for  next semester and exercising along with it so guys Pray for me to juggle home, children, school and due my exercises all in a successfully manner. I will start this day as if I just gotten band.
